THE CLIENT:

Abortion Care Tennessee (ACT), a non-profit organization in Tennessee, offers financial assistance to clinics for safer and affordable abortion care. They are seeking to enlist new members to their board.

THE CHALLENGE:

As a non-profit organization, the message communicated by ACT needed to be precise and carefully crafted to attract applicants who share the same values and beliefs. This is necessary not only to strengthen the organization's mission but also to ensure that they are able to effectively address the diverse needs of their beneficiaries. ACT places great emphasis on the communication of their message to ensure that it reaches its intended audience and resonates with them on a deeper level.

THE SOLUTION:

Staying in the brand voice, I used language from the organization's mission and values statement to effectively communicate the ideal candidate profile. Additionally, the subject line "Join Our Board and Make a Difference!" contributed to achieving high open and click-through rates.
